7.1 lbs down in 4 weeks!

I have been reasonably consistent with 18-20hr fasts each day, and keeping my calorie intake well under my daily target, as well as getting more exercise – so I had another cheeky mid-week weigh-in to see how I’m doing.

I’m currently 18 stone 10.7 lbs (262.7 lbs / 119.41kgs). That’s 7.1 lbs (3.2kg) down already in just 4 weeks That brings my average weekly weight loss to 1.8 lbs per week, which is pushing closer to the top end of my target (1.5-2 lbs per week).

If I could average 2lbs per week from here, then I’d hit my first target (15kgs lost) in early November and my second target (50lbs lost, taking me to under 100kgs in weight) by mid-January! That’s definitely something to shoot for – and would be an amazing way to start 2024! But I’m trying not to get too hung up on how quickly I get to where I’m going, just so long as I get there! 🙂
