Weigh-in

After the shock of being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (T2D), and my concerns about the possibility of it leading to pancreatic cancer (PC) which killed my dad, you better believe I’m now treating my weight loss as seriously as cancer.

So, I’ve started back with some intermittent fasting – just OMAD (One Meal A Day) – which, yesterday, consisted of nothing more than a spinach and feta cheese omelette. I also went out for a bike ride.

I weighed in again this morning and am down to under 19 stone!!! I’m currently at 18 stone 13.2 (265.2lbs / 120.5kgs).

That’s a weight loss of 4.6lbs since my previous weigh-in which was just 5 days ago.

It’s certainly a good start – just averaging 2lbs a week will get me to my target weight in 6 months so that’s already a head start.
