CGM results seem to be settling nicely
As you’ve no doubt read, I was getting a little concerned about my blood sugar levels as revealed by my Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM). But after 9 or 10 days of use now the numbers seem to be settling down nicely. My average over the last week shows I’m very much in the green overnight…

Estimated A1c from my CGM
One of the other features of my Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM), which tracks my blood sugar throughout the day, is the ability to extrapolate from those readings to estimate my HbA1c. 100 days to diabetes remission! It’s an Easter miracle! 🐇🐣A literal rebirth!
As you will know if you’ve been following my blog lately, I recently sent off some blood to MonitorMyHealth for a new HbA1c test. Normally, of course, I would get my HbA1c free of charge through my GP, but they rescheduled my quarterly check-up from last Friday (27th March) to early May. I had really…
