I’ve mostly been fasting 16-18hrs per day and also using MyFitnessPal to track daily calories, sugar and salt, and the results speak for themselves.
I just weighed in this morning and am now at 18 stone 11.5 lbs (263.5 lbs / 120.36 kgs)! That’s a total weight loss this week of 2 lbs, taking me to a grand total of 6.3 lbs / 2.9kgs in total!
My average weight loss is 1.6 lbs – still above the 1.5 lbs I aim to average as a minimum (1.5-2 lbs per week is my target).
I should add, that this includes a total “cheat day” on Saturday when I went to the cinema to watch Barbie (great movie, very funny, but also very “true”), and had my usual Everyman burger with sweet potato fries and a milkshake, plus I shared a portion of nachos and salsa and popcorn and chocolate honeycomb bites (their own take on Maltesers). I’m obviously very glad to see that my cheat hasn’t derailed me at all.
I just have to keep focused and stay the course and I’ll be there in no time at all! 🙂
